Menopause
and sex drive loss can occur.

level of oestrogen, which

lack of lubrication and support for the vaginal walls can reduce
arousal during sex, and sometimes even cause soreness, burning or
irritation.
- Irregular periods can make the timing of
spontaneous love-making difficult.
- Urinary incontinence can occasionally arise
during love-making or orgasms for menopausal women.
- Loss of libido can occur after the change. Some women even say that
their sex drive is completely gone.
- Psychological symptoms such as mood swings,
insomnia and depression can make it difficult to enjoy sex.
However,
these
menopause and sex drive problems can be rectified in many ways.

active has been shown to increase health during menopause. There are

for libido.
Reduce Stress
Stress can make the symptom of menopause worse.
It is important that
women find effective ways to relax when they are going through this
period of
life. Meditation, relaxation techniques, yoga, and massage are some of
the best
ways to relax the body.
