Testosterone Deficiency Libido Problems

Testosterone deficiency libido killing is a common problem for many men.  In the past, all male sexual issues were seen as emotional.  Today we know that a decrease in testosterone can be at the root of a lack of male sex drive.

As men age, testosterone levels often decrease. When there is a major reduction in testosterone levels, many health problems can occur. This is often called the Andropause, or male menopause. Find out more about menopause and sex drive

Other Signs of Testosterone Deficiency Libido Problems:

  • Zinc sex drive deficiency

Testosterone is far more than just a sexual hormone.  It affects men physically on many levels. There are testosterone receptor cites in the brain, heart, and throughout the entire body.  Testosterone is needed to maintain healthy bone density, lean muscle, red blood cell production, and a healthy immune system. Testosterone deficiency libido can also cause heart problems and neurological impairment. It may help to control blood sugar, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure, all of which are necessary for optimum health and a healthy sex life.

Maintaining balanced levels of testosterone is vital to wellbeing, and can be helped through a number of lifestyle and natural ways.testosterone deficiency libido
