Women with low sex drive experience a lack of interest in lovemaking and sexuality. It is not uncommon for women to have a brief decline in libido, due to a number of factors.  However, if sex becomes a grueling task for a long period of time, it may be time to ask some questions.

  • Let your partner know what you want.  If your partner is no good in the sack, it may be because he doesn’t know what to do…because you haven’t told him!  Women with low sex drive can sometimes experience a transformation when they share their needs, teach their man what feels good, and open up to trust and intimacy.
  • If painful emotions or past experiences are blocking you from enjoying a great sex life, talk to a councilor, or consider hypnosis for low libido.
  • If your low sex drive might be due to a physical problem such as menopause, consider visiting a herbalist and trying out some libido enhancing herbs.
Women with low sex drive can experience a great deal of pain, and feel a bit subhuman at times.  Don’t beat yourself up.  Take time to lovingly discover your body and what will bring back that spark for spicing up sex life.
